Crispy Chicken Wings

Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings (my airfryer holds 8-10 drums/flats)
  • Cornflour 1 tbs
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt 
  • Mixed herbs
  • Spray on Oil/cooking oil

Steps

  • Pour 1 tablespoon of cornflour into a mixing bowl
  • Combine a teaspoon of each of your seasonings with your cornflour
  • Mix the wings and batter together
  • Space the wings evenly in your airfryer or oven
  • Spray the wings with cooking oil, flip them and spray again. Alternatively use a basting brush
  • Cook for 10 minutes on 160C/320f
  • Spray/Baste the wings in oil, flip and baste again
  • Cook for 12 minutes at 205C/400F

Now you have crispy succulent wings. They can be eaten as is with a sprinkle of salt or you can have a look at my homemade wing sauces, to add some extra love to your taste buds.
