Combine a teaspoon of each of your seasonings with your cornflour
Mix the wings and batter together
Space the wings evenly in your airfryer or oven
Spray the wings with cooking oil, flip them and spray again. Alternatively use a basting brush
Cook for 10 minutes on 160C/320f
Spray/Baste the wings in oil, flip and baste again
Cook for 12 minutes at 205C/400F
Now you have crispy succulent wings. They can be eaten as is with a sprinkle of salt or you can have a look at my homemade wing sauces, to add some extra love to your taste buds.
